You never know where the road of life will bring you.

I had a plan, but fate made a change of that. I was supposed to take March off and travel to Spain, but in January and February a wave of inspiration rolled over me.
One song idea after another just poured out, so I had to change plans. Holidays had to wait: I booked time in a studio in Budapest and went and recorded the tracks of my next solo album.
There are songs about going south in the cold winter months (which i did not, ironically), about the sea, life, death - and everything in between. No train songs this time. Or...there´s actually one song where a train sneaked in, but this is not the main theme…

We haven´t planned a release date yet - we still need to do some mixing and there will be musicians coming to the studio to add some color to the songs.
My guess is that the project will be ready for release late summer / early autumn.

Besides this, the album: Lothar, Nande & Schack: "Walk Right In" will be available on 180 gram vinyl soon. This wonderful live album was recorded back in 2018, in Mik Schack´s living room, featuring a small live(ly) audience: a real house concert.

My old traveling shoes finally gave up, but this will not stop me: I am packing and getting ready for my next tours, solo as well as duo and trio with my musical friends. I will for sure play some of my new songs.
